Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I enjoy developing and producing horses in a way that sets them up for a long and happy career in any discipline. I also love competing myself, bringing horses up through the levels.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to spend more time producing young horses, gaining more experience from each.
If possible I would also like some level of manager role to gain more experience in this department.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am highly organised having managed a full time career alongside maintaining 3 of my own horses and freelance work. I work efficiently while always putting the horse first with every horse treated as an individual.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
I am looking for a predominantly riding role within a eventing, P2P, young horse producing or similar yard.
I would also like to gain more experience within yard management having managed a small number of my own horses on going.
• Do you need accommodation?
Location dependent – currently have own accommodation between Hungerford and Marlborough. Further afield I would need accommodation.
• Do you have any special requirements for any animals you wish to bring with you?
No, however 1 horse and a whippet need to be welcome.
• Do you have any ongoing commitments?
No
• Do you have any holidays booked that an employer needs to know of?
No
