I have ridden horses in most disciplines. Worked with youngstock and managed all daily duties and taken care of the welfare of horses under my care. I have managed a yard, organizing the farrier, vet etc. I have had multiple rescue horses over the years, adapting to their needs during their education. I have also managed the finances for various clients, including VAT.
I am a trained equine massage therapist. I am also an FEI permitted equine therapist.
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I can work alone or as part of/managing a team. I have great organization skills, and have the ability to talk to everybody and make sure that the yard is a happy positive environment. I have a fantastic aptitude for numbers, including budgeting and bookkeeping.
