Experience with Horses
Over the past years of having horses in my life I have developed a very versatile skill set, but most importantly LOVE for the incredible animals.
I have a wealth of knowledge about horses, from rehabilitation to prepping for the highest level of sport.
I am a perfectionist when it comes to turn out of the horses, not a hair will be out of place.
I am looking for a yard where I can be set free to help with everything from daily duties to show preparation & even taking your children out hacking or to pony club.
I am confident with driving horse boxes and just as confident with all horses behaviours including stallions.
I would like somewhere I can bring my own horse.
Key Skills
- Love working alone, but in same tame can work really well with good team,
- Can clip horses/ponies,
- Love preparing horses/ponies for shows,
- Good at handling all horses behaviours including stallions,
- Love to teach young children basic and little bit advanced riding skills,
- Love exercising horses,
- If I do something, I do as best as I can.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
Love to be around horses, they are like medicine, just without any side effects.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
My riding skills
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I’m really hard working person in any job, if I do something I do it as best as I can.
If I see something needs to be done I’ll do it and won’t leave it for someone else to do it.
Yard and stables will be always cleaner than my own room.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
Would like to learn even more about horses. And would love to become a better rider.
• Do you need accommodation?
Yes, I need accommodation.
• Do you have any special requirements for any animals you wish to bring with you?
Stable big enough for Hanoverian horse and grazing field .
• Do you have any ongoing commitments?
Not really, I have a daughter, but she will be living with her dad. I’ll be wishing her whenever I can.
• Do you have any holidays booked that an employer needs to know of?
Not at the moment.
