I have worked on a variety of different yards including riding schools, competition yards, full livery and sales and schooling yards. I have worked with and handled a variety of horses from ponies to 18hh draught horses as well as 3yr old sport horses. I currently work at a riding school and am responsible for all the day-to-day care tasks of the horses. I also take customers out on rides ranging from complete beginners to experienced riders where we go on 2hr long beach gallops. I occasionally work in the office as well where I handle transactions, both cash and card, and take bookings for customers.
I pride myself on my customer service skills and always try to give the horses I am working with the very best level of care. I like to complete tasks with efficiency while also maintaining a high standard of work.
