Experience with Horses
I have always had horses from a very young age and have always been riding and wanting to improve my riding in whatever way I can. I have a great amount of experience with handling horses both my own and on professional livery yards. I have experience with bringing on young horses and love doing so!
Key Skills
I am extremely quick and efficient with general yard duties while still completing them to an excellent and professional standard. I am particularly good at training and exercising horses and preparing horses for competitions both in ridden work and grooming . I am excellent while working alone and within a team. I also have completed my Level 3 Equine management diploma and have a Level 2 Business Diploma.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I love to see the progression of a horse. For example, if a have a horse which doesn’t know much flatwork, I love to work with them and help them improve so they can perform at their best! It brings me great joy and satisfaction watching this process.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to improve my dressage technique. I have done a lot of show jumping in the past and never focused on dressage and would love to try and improve my riding in this area.

I believe I would make a great candidate as I am extremely hard working and have a huge passion for horses. I always perform tasks at the best of my abilities and with the right training, I think I would make a great member of the team.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
I would like to gain more knowledge and experience within the equine industry and am looking to start a career within show jumping.
• Do you have any ongoing commitments?
I am currently sharing a horse in St.neots and am committed to ride him at least 4 times a week.
