Experience with Horses
I have had my own ponies for 8 years now and worked on a couple of livery yards. I have been involved with the general every day care of livery horses mostly. I have also been a part of the process of getting a 2* eventer fit before the season starts. I have groomed for friends and colleagues at dressage and showing classes.
At my current job I am getting ponies ready to be sold. Their schooling has to be up to standard and looking smart before any adverts or viewings.
Key Skills
I am very good at working in a team however get on with the job efficiently when working alone. I can clip, plait, pull manes and bandage. I am a quiet rider used to whizzy pony types but happy to turn my hand to any kind of horse.
