Personal Statement
I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who enjoys new and varied
challenges. I have always had a keen interest in horses and am looking for a new
challenge which would enhance current skills in the equine industry.
I have had my own horses since a young age and competed as part of Pony Club and
represented them jumping at nationals. Also I have been a member of British Riding
Club, riding in teams for eventing and show jumping, competing and qualifying for their
championships. I am a member of BSJA, where I jumped ponies and have been
jumping in horse classes since I was 14 years old.
I have my BHS stage 2 teaching qualification, and have experience teaching freelance
of varying ages and abilities. I also teach at Pendle Forest and Craven Pony Club as
required. These experiences have increased my communication skills to all types of
people.
I hold a current driving licence.
