Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I enjoy working outdoors and I believe the equine sector offers many opportunities for me. I particularly enjoy working with new horses and getting to know their strengths and weaknesses.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I am looking to gain more experience in horse management and improve my abilities as a rider.

Through my employment, work experience and college diploma I have gained a wide variety of useful and transferable skills. These, combined with my key attributes of hard working, reliability and willingness to learn mean I will be an asset to a future employer.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
I would like to be on a busy yard to gain a mixture of experiences and work with a varied team – both human and equine.
