Job Description
Opening for a Full-Time Groom at a purpose-built Dressage yard and stud owned by Small Tour Rider who is now looking for someone with previous experience within the industry and able to turn out both the horses and the yard to a high standard. Based in Heapey, Lancashire.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the equestrian industry and can turn out horses and the yard to a very high standard.
Minimum Requirements
Experienced and Confident handling fit competition horses and youngsters
Friendly, polite and professional with excellent people skills
Punctual and Reliable
Excellent attention to Detail
Be able to work to a very high standard
Must be able to plait, clip, trim
Must have experience of equestrian yard management and staff management
Ideal candidate will have ability to exercise horses
