Job Description

Working as a groom along side the yard manager at a polo academy. We are looking for someone who is very hard working, has attention to detail, tidy, good team player, enthusiastic, friendly, happy to interact with clients and some riding experience but not a necessity. We may also take someone who is a trainee/no polo experience where we can teach them how to do certain elements of the job e.g tacking up for polo.

The job would be six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday with Monday as their day off.

The Job consists of;

• mucking out
• hay, water and feed
• turnout or bring in horses
• tacking up for lessons or chukkas
• grooming for matches
• cleaning tack and yard area
• exercising the horses
• brushing and bathing horses
• bedding down

Accommodation details

We have shared accommodation onsite where a room would be available, however they don’t need to live onsite but would recommend to any candidate who lives far from work place.
