An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Equine Instructor at our Barony Campus. The successful candidate will be based at SRUC’s Barony Campus in Dumfries as part of the Animal and Veterinary Science Department.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with teaching experience and a good knowledge of horse riding and equine husbandry to teach and support Equine students. The purpose of this role is to prepare and deliver riding, practical sessions and assessments to a high standard to Equine students across the range or Equine courses offered at the college.
This is a part time post, working 5 hours per day 8.30am – 1.30pm Monday to Friday.
Applications are invited from Equine professionals qualified to a minimum of BHS AI and/or degree level in a relevant subject, with practical experience of the equine industry.
