The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate practical competence and experience in handling and training a variety of horses in different settings. Ideally, you will have knowledge of horse’s ethological needs and knowledge of horse behaviour and body language.  You must be willing to work outside in all weathers and should be able to use basic Microsoft office applications. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, be a team player and want to continually develop your own knowledge and skills.

You will have the chance to work alongside our internal and external experts to learn more about horse behaviour and creating a positive learning environment for horses during training.  You will also have the opportunity to be involved in training emergency responders, external professionals, and our internal team through both face-to-face training and via the creation and administration of courses on an online training platform.
