Enthusiastic person required to work on a newly built private yard in Rutland with 4-6 eventing/hunting horses to care for. Very little pressure, flexible working and fantastic facilities and horses.

1 A proven track record in working on a professional hunting/eventing yard
2 Positive/personable with a can do attitude to life
3 Honest/trustworthy
4 Reliable/dependable/good time management
5 Flexible approach to hours/days of work and other tasks
6 Able to work independently, with initiative and without the need for constant supervision
7 Highly proficient with a high attention to detail in all aspects of stable/field management and horse care including basic first aid
8 Confident & competent in handling, riding and caring for competition horses
9 Very high standards including hygiene/turnout/clipping/plaiting/tack cleaning
10 Calm under pressure, methodical & organised
11 Able to drive/transport horses for training and shows

Accommodation details

New bespoke onsite 650 sq ft apartment with separate lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom if required. Option to bring a horse.
