I have been around horses since a young age.
I attended equine college and received a level 3 diploma, then completed a level 3 equine apprenticeship on a busy dressage/ livery yard.
I have previously had my own freelance business with clients rangeing from 4* eventer to large livery yard.
I am able to perform all daily yard duties, as well as clipping and turning out to a high standard, which is where my passion lies. I also have experience in young horses, ex-racers, eventing, showjumping, dressage. As part of my current job I have regularly attended one and three day national and international events which I particularly enjoyed. I do understand that nothing comes easy and hardwork needs to be done to achieve the fun side of the job.
I am part of my local riding club and am on the committee as the jump manager. I’m in charge of organising BRC events and getting our members entered in via MSS system.
I own 2 of my own horses (one out on loan and my 7yo old TB ex-racer who I’m training to event that I would like to be with me at my job) I also previously rode for multiple other people, ranging from young ponies to retracing racers to experienced competition horses to problemed horses.
I am looking for a live-in head girl/ senior groom position where I can bring my horse and well behaved dog with me.
I am currently based with 2 4 and 5* eventers in the role of head girl in Buckinghamshire, but would like to expand my experience and work within a team as I currently manage the yard on my own.
