I am an experienced equestrian professional with over a decade of hands-on industry experience, specialising in the management, production, and sale of both high-performance and green horses. I am confident working in competitive, fast-paced environments as well as client-facing settings, with a strong emphasis on rider safety, exceptional horse welfare, and professional yard standards.
Currently working with Irish Sport Equine in Portlaoise, Ireland, I manage daily yard operations including feeding, mucking out, turnout, and overall yard maintenance. I am actively involved in producing and developing green horses for sale, ensuring they are correctly educated and presented to a high standard. I also assist with client viewings and preparation of horses for sale, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for prospective buyers.
Previously, I worked for Olympic event rider Andre Parro in Aiken, South Carolina, where I held responsibility as Groom, Rider, and Barn Manager. I had sole charge of the daily care and management of high-performance competition horses, coordinated closely with veterinarians and farriers, and groomed at multiple FEI competitions. I maintained impeccable presentation of both horses and facilities while supporting an elite competition programme.
