Strengths and Weaknesses
• What I enjoy about horses the most is the way they can help you to learn about yourself and improve yourself, being with horses is my happy place and I love to help make an improvement in their life too. I have worked with some difficult horses e.g kicking out, overstimulated and my patience and pure love has helped me to form a connection and trust with them.
• Id like to improve my confidence in the riding element of horses, I can walk, trot, canter and pop a small jump but I would like to improve my confidence inable to ride some more challenging horses.
• Employers should choose me because I am a reliable, friendly and professional 16 year old who has a passion for these wonderful animals and always aims to please. I also own my own horse so I have the knowledge and experience necessary and know the responsibility that comes with caring for horses.
