Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
That even after a long day, spending time with a horse can make any difficulties go away.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
Being of such organised nature brings with it the stress of something going wrong, even when it rarely does and if it does I know I am able to fix it. This is something I have worked on with much success as I have developed but still is something I would like to improve.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I have such a lively but hard working personality and always find practical solutions to any issues. I have an immense wealth of experience with every type of horse, knowing how to get to the bottom of any training/behavioural issues. Furthermore despite having no official veterinary training, I have a great depth of experience and knowledge that I have gained from the best in the world across many different countries and climates.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
More managerial experience, whilst I have been running many stables for longer than I can remember I would like to expand this to a larger scope.
• Do you need accommodation?
yes, single accommodation.
• Do you have any special requirements for any animals you wish to bring with you?
potentially one show jumper (mare),
• Do you have any ongoing commitments?
no
• Do you have any holidays booked that an employer needs to know of?
no
