Over the past 20 years I have worked with horses across the UK, Europe and Middle East. I have held employment in the follows fields equestrian centre management, shows and event management, training of apprentices, training of horses and pony club events. My previous positions have allowed me to gain extensive experience with stud work, foaling, liveries, riding school, arabians, break/backing of youngsters, show jumping and dressage.

I feel my key skills are communication, leadership, problem-solving, team work and a strong work ethic. I possess strong communication skills which allows me to be able to communicate with a diverse group of people. My leadership skills allow me to inspire, guide individuals and teams to achieve the goal/targets set. My adaptability and eagerness to learn further enhances my capability to excel in dynamic settings while working effectively and efficiency to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

I enjoy working with horses as I have a passion to see horses, the sport and riders progress to achieve their goals.

I would really like to improve my training in dressage to achieve the next level of Inter 1 to a complete my riding goal.
