Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? Can work alone or in a team . Can prepare horses for competition and can groom up to a high standard . Can handle young and spritely horses including yearlings and nervous horses that need extra confidence, can ride young horses or difficult horses in flat work , hacking , schooling etc .have worked with youngsters and have done a bit of ground work based like lunging , long reining and backing . I Have worked in racing for a while so I can work at a fast pace and make sure everything is done properly and smoothly.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses? I love watching and learning about them and their personalities and watching them grow out of themselves and progress and build their confidence in work and on ground. I also love the thrill of competing and travelling with horses
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? I can plait but at still progressing on the rolling but quickly improving. Would love to improve more on my riding skills in the discipline and other areas of the discipline

I am a fast and efficient worker who can be flexible in whatever work is needed can work with nervous horses and young horses to a great standard . Can ride in confident horses who are young and inexperienced and can vary to suit the horses ability. I have worked with rescue horses so I am used to handling tough horses .i have also worked with ex race horses so I am used to going back to basics to figure them out. I have a lot to learn still but I am very willing and keen to progress
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job? Get back to eventing and improve my riding abilities within the discipline and would love to learn a lot more as I’m keen to learn and get working and learn new skills like clipping and competing
