Experience with Horses
I have had horses whilst growing up and previously worked in a riding stables as a stable hand at weekends in Lambourn, Berkshire whilst at school.
I have since helped on a diy yard supporting 2 different family’s with their horses.
one being an ex race horse and the other including breaking and riding a youngster.
I am calm under pressure and enjoy natural horsemanship.
I am flexible and happy to take on a ridden or non ridden role.
Key Skills
I am competent in show turn out, handling and riding young horses, breaking youngsters and all yard duties.
I can work alone or in a team and follow instructions well.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• I enjoy the reward I feel when seeing youngsters learn and develop as they age.
• I would like to learn to clip horses and continue to develop knowledge in general.
• I am a fast learner and very keen to improve and expand my knowledge.
Requirements
• I would be keen to learn aspects of international showing.
• I do not need accommodation.
