Current Role: Owner/Manager of a successful livery yard, overseeing daily operations and staff management.
Training Experience: Skilled in training a diverse range of horses and ponies, from youngsters with behavioral issues to professional jumpers and racehorses.
Competing: Competed across England and Europe, successfully riding a variety of horses for different clients.
Yard Management: Extensive experience running a yard, including buying and selling horses, ensuring efficient staff performance, and maintaining high standards of care.
Skills:
Proficient in equine sports massage, competition presentation (plaiting pulling mane and tails etc) and identifying signs of illness and lameness.
Strong ability to handle hot-headed and highly strong horses, with a calm yet firm riding style.
Experienced in breaking and schooling horses, with a focus on developing their potential.
Knowledgeable in equine health, studied Level 3 Equine Health and management and a distinction in Health and Safety.

There’s something really rewarding about understanding their behavior and helping them reach their full potential. I love the challenge of riding and handling different types of horses, especially the more difficult ones, as it pushes me to grow and improve my skills. Plus, being around horses brings me joy and satisfaction, making every day fulfilling.
