Experience with Horses
Outline your experience with horses here/the scope of your freelance services. If you’re looking for a non-equine or non- yard-based job please use this space to describe your experience skills/abilities and adapt the questions to suit your line of work.
I’ve had riding lessons twice a week over the last year and I am currently becoming more confident in canter and learning to jump. I’ve completed several stable management lessons and have an introductory to grooming, tacking up and mucking out. I’m really interested in learning everything I can, to increase my skills, to make sure I’m providing the horses with the high level of care they deserve, and ensure their environment is suitable, comfortable and most importantly safe and secure for them. I am looking to improve my capabilities in all aspects of the role including all horse and stable care.
Key Skills
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
