Experience with Horses
Outline your experience with horses here/the scope of your freelance services. If you’re looking for a non-equine or non- yard-based job please use this space to describe your experience skills/abilities and adapt the questions to suit your line of work.
I am a hardworking individual looking for full time work within the equine industry. Having worked with horses since I was ten years old I knew it was something I have wanted to do as a career. I am very passionate about making sure any horse or other animal have the best possible care when they are looked after by me. I volunteered at hope farm riding School from when I was ten till it unfortunately had to close when I was sixteen I then went onto work on a sales yard where I was helping to produce horses from all ages and levels. Backing, schooling and hacking. After working there for over a year I decided to move to a family yard where I cared for all the horses. keeping them fit for eventing to hunting seasons. Occasionally getting to go out on the hunt with them and taking them to shows every weekend if I wasn’t occupied taking care of the other horses left at home. I have managed at a yard where there were two ponies fresh out of a field. I produced these ponies into fantastic children’s ponies and gave the younger children lessons on them. I currently work on a busy livery yard giving the horses left with us the best possible care.
