Experience
I’m on an equine course at sparsholt college and have responsibilities such as horse care/ wellbeing, yard duties and any exercise needed to be done.im hard working and can get jobs done in a good timely manner. I’ve also done work experience at a yard and worked with different breeds, sex, height and age. I’m willing and eager to learn more and gain experience.
Key Skills
I am good at working alone and in a team, I can turn in and out, muck out, feed, I’ve touched on clipping and plaiting but needs work but am willing to learn, I can lunge and long reign, I can groom and bathe and I have learnt about transporting horses.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses? I enjoy working with horses because it’s a hands on job, it helps me focus and work hard to become a better person. Bonding with horses also makes it enjoyable as all horses have their own personalities and needs.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? Yes my riding and my overall experience and knowledge. I want to learn and improve my confidence to become a stronger person .
