Experience with Horses
3 years experience working with all range of horses from foals to top show jumping stallions. Can do all levels of care and jobs such as plait, clip, exercise etc.
Key Skills
prefer to work alone but can work as a team if the communication is on point. I have experience clipping, plaiting, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• I like being fit and constantly moving, I like having the responsibility to love and care for the animals, and I enjoy the hard work.
• Id love to improve on my riding skills though this isn’t essential. I’d also like to improve on my clipping as I haven’t done a huge amount of this.
• I work hard and like to be kept busy. Once I know my job I am on it and will take my own initiative and if I’m ever stuck I will pester you for jobs!
Requirements
• I want to gain more responsibility in my next job, I want to be more than a groom, I want to know how to manage a yard and have that responsibility.
• Accomadation isn’t essential but would be handy in case of getting up early for shows etc.
• I do have a part time job which is my main source of income so a job that would be flexible to working around this would be ideal however for the right pay you would be prioritised over this job.
