Experience with horses
I’ve acquired solid experience with horses through various assignments, notably as a helper in an owner’s pension, on woofing trips, as a summer riding guide, and as part of my equestrian tourism training. I was involved in the day-to-day management of the horses: feeding, basic care, stall cleaning, grooming, behavior observation and health monitoring. I have also assisted on multi-day treks, where I took care of the stewardship, logistics and well-being of the horses. As a freelancer, I offer horse care services in the pasture, monitoring, occasional care (green clay, dressings), as well as accompaniment on rides. I’m at ease with different types of horses, including those with more sensitive temperaments.

Cross-disciplinary skills: organizational skills, customer relations, adaptability, sense of responsibility, group management and leadership

Strengths and weaknesses

– What do you like most about working with horses?

What I like most is the relationship of trust that is built through regularity and patience. I particularly appreciate the time spent caring for and observing horses, and the organization of outings that combine nature, horses and human contact.

– Is there anything you’d like to improve?

I’d like to deepen my skills in advanced outdoor riding and group management on horseback in varied terrain, as well as learning more about alternative care.

– Why should employers consider you over any other job applicant?

I’m passionate, versatile, reliable and committed. I bring a wealth of human experience, good adaptability and a genuine concern for animal welfare. My profile is both field-oriented and customer-oriented, which is an asset in equestrian tourism.

Requirements

– What would you like to do or gain in your next job?

I’d like to join a company that organizes rides or offers high-quality equestrian tourism in a natural setting. I’d like a job that combines responsibility with contact with horses and customers.

– Do you need accommodation?

Yes, accommodation on site or nearby would be ideal.

– Do you have any current commitments?

No, I’m available immediately.
