I had my own horse for years. Have continued to ride and keep up to date with all things equestrian. I haven’t been in FT paid employment previously.

I am good at working alone or in a team. I can handle and ride horses of all ages. I am a good organiser, meticulous and a great time keeper. I can work within an office environment or outside. At the moment i work in a very male dominated field, in management and so have a lot of skills in how to deal with people.

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
Caring for them. I feel they give back as much as you give them. They are beautiful animals that deserve respect and love adn to help them thrive in what they are trained to do.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to improve my knowledge around all things equestrian.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am very enthusiastic and am looking for a career change to something I love and am passionate about. I want to love going to work and not feel like i am actually working even when it is tough. I am a great time keeper, quick learner, happy to muck in and get my hands dirty and love to learn new things.

I would like to be happy. I would like to gain knowledge to manage a yard. I want to perfect everything I already know and learn as much new information and knowledge as I can.
