Volunteer Experience:
I have volunteered at Wellow Trekking Centre in Wellow near Bath and worked with children with disabilities. I loved being involved in this because it made me happy seeing the children having fun, learning and enjoying themselves
Experience:
I have worked at Bolenowe Animal Sanctuary in Ruan Minor near Helston. I worked there for 3 years before Covid happened in 2020. I really enjoyed working there and working with the older members of staff. I really enjoy working with others.
My jobs included mucking out the Horses and taking them out of the stables into the fields, poo picking the fields and grooming them. I enjoyed the responsibility and working with animals. I also worked in the Café at Bolenowe serving families and children which I really enjoyed.
I have also worked in the Restaurant at Amelie in Porthleven over the summer of 2021/22 taking orders, waiting on tables and serving customer orders.
Previous Education:
I went to Mullion School from 2015 to 2016. I have been homeschooled from 2016 to 2019. When I was at Mullion I was
in the top sets for Science, P.E, R.E, Geography, History, Music, Design and Technology, Computer Skills, Drama and was 2nd Set in English, 3rd Set in Maths. I have got my English and Maths GSCE.
I have completed a 2 year Dance Course at Jason Thomas Foundation College in Truro studying a BTEC Foundation Course in Musical Theatre.
Current Education:
I have recently completed a 2 year Level 2 Diploma in Equine Management at Duchy College in Stoke Climsland. I have studied a wide range of subjects around the care of all different types of horses including Safe Working Practices, Yard and Field Routines and Duties, Horse Anatomy, Physiology and Welfare, Horse Handling, Care and Appearance, Saddlery and Equipment.
