What would you like to do or gain in your next job?

I am always seeking to improve within my working environment and gain new experiences. I would like to continue growing both as a rider and as a horse person in a holistic way, developing my skills inside and outside the arena.

Do you need accommodation?

Preferably yes.

Do you have any special requirements for any animals you wish to bring with you?

No.

Do you have any ongoing commitments?

Yes, until December, but I am flexible and willing to adjust dates if needed.

Do you have any holidays booked that an employer needs to know of?

Yes, the first week of January.

Experience with Horses

I have been a dressage athlete since the age of 8, competing nationally and internationally. For the past 6 years, I have been working as a freelance rider and trainer in Greece, Italy, and Germany. Recently, I earned my FEI-approved Level I Trainer’s Diploma.

I have extensive experience with dressage horses and jumping horses of all levels, from youngsters to Grand Prix. Beyond riding, I have also worked as a stable manager and in a breeding company in a management role.

Key Skills

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

  • Clipping and plaiting to a professional standard

  • Confident handling stallions and young horses

  • Experienced in riding horses of any level

  • First aid training completed

  • Master’s degree in Social Work

Strengths and Weaknesses

What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I most enjoy building a trusting relationship with each horse, seeing their progress over time, and helping them reach their potential while keeping their well-being as the priority.

Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I would like to continue developing my knowledge of horse biomechanics and refine my training methods to become an even more effective and empathetic rider and coach.

Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I bring international riding and training experience, adaptability, and a professional yet caring approach to horses and their management. My background in both competitive sport and stable management, combined with a strong academic foundation and interpersonal skills, means I can contribute positively in multiple areas of a yard or equestrian business.
