Experience with Horses
I am currently a volunteer at the diamond centre for disabled riders. I can tack up, groom and can ride. I am eager to learn more about horses and learn new skills with them.
Key Skills
I am good at working in a team but I can also work well alone if need be. I am comfortable turning out on my own. I can ride confidently.
I am good with young children I worked with children for 2 years.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I love working with horses they are like big dogs and I love it. They make me feel calm and relaxed and they are so much fun to be around.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I want to know more about their health and how to care for them day to day. Feeding is something I’m curious about and don’t have much experience with and would like to learn more about.
