Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
For me, the most fulfilling part of this work is the daily hands-on care of horses and seeing their steady progress. Watching them grow in confidence and ability—and being part of that journey—is a major reason I’m so committed to this field.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
I’m enthusiastic about developing my turnout skills, such as plaiting and clipping. Although my experience is currently limited, I’m very motivated to practise, improve, and gain more hands-on opportunities. I’m also very keen to rebuild and expand my riding. I rode for many years, but my previous work commitments meant I wasn’t able to ride as regularly as I would have liked. I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to get back into it and continue improving.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to providing the highest standard of care, and I believe this position would offer an excellent opportunity for me to continue developing my skills while contributing positively to your team.
