Oversee stable management for all stable sections and riding section up to 90 horses

Manage all personnel employed in stable management including supervisors, grooms, cleaners, office staff, and maintenance staff. (13 staff on the stables payroll)

Plan and ensure efficient use of manpower for daily operations, training and improvement of staff.

Ensure the welfare of all horses and establish a reporting system from all staff on daily care of horses.

Directly liaise the vets, dentists, feed suppliers, bedding supplier to monitor, deliver, and control consumption and usage of stable supplies.

Prepare and manage approved annual budget for the stable management section with objective of maximising economies of scale.

Deal with feedback and complaints with aim to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Manage Farrier and vet appointments
- design and build 4 safari stables in a remote area (maasai mara, kenya) and open up horse safari rides. including training of staff, setting up operations, conducting rides in a big 5 area, keeping horses healthy and trained.
