Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
What I most enjoy about working with horses is the bond you build with them through daily care. I really enjoy the day-to-day routine of looking after them, getting to know each horse’s personality, and making sure they are happy, healthy, and well cared for. I also love working outdoors and being hands-on with the horses every day. It’s really a way of life and that’s the way of life I like outside with these beautiful animals.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve? I’d like to improve my riding skills! You can never stop learning how to ride better.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
should consider me for this role because I am an experienced groom with a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to horse welfare. I take pride in maintaining high standards of care, I am reliable, and I work well both independently and as part of a team. I have hands-on experience with day-to-day yard duties, preparing horses for work and competition, and working closely with vets and farriers. I bring a positive, can-do attitude and always aim to contribute to a well-run, professional yard. I would love the opportunity to work for you
