DEPOT MANAGER, AMTRAK EXPRESS PARCELS LTD
Responsible for the running of next day delivery facility covering the county of Kent. Accounts, customer service, planning, logistics, warehouse management, fleet vehicle maintenance, stock control, sales, customer visits and the employment and management of 15 core drivers, with up to an additional 10 agency staff during busy periods. I was the youngest depot manager out of the 130 UK depots, and the first depot manager in the country to instigate a bonded warehouse run, collecting and delivering bonded alcohol and tobacco products to and from airports and ports, which was subsequently rolled out nationwide.
