• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
Employers should consider me above other candidates because I bring extensive hands-on experience working with a wide variety of horses, alongside over 10 years of experience managing small teams. This has allowed me to develop strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
I am enthusiastic, diligent, and hardworking, and I take great pride in maintaining a high level of professionalism in everything I do. As a people person, I am confident when working with clients and understand the importance of building positive, trusting relationships.
I pay close attention to detail and always place horse welfare at the centre of my work. The knowledge and practical experience I have gained over the years allow me to work confidently, efficiently, and to a high standard. I believe these make me a valuable asset to any team.
