Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I’ve been around horses all my life, so it’s something that’s always come naturally to me. I enjoy the routine, being outdoors, and the connection you build with each horse. It’s really rewarding seeing them progress and knowing you’ve played a part in their care and wellbeing
• Is there anything you’d like to improve ?
I’m always looking to improve my knowledge, especially when it comes to horse health and behaviour. I’ve learned a lot through experience, but I’m keen to keep developing and picking up new skills from others in the industry
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I think employers should consider me because I bring both experience and the right attitude. I’ve been around horses all my life with 15 years of riding experience, and I’m confident handling them both on the ground and under saddle. I’m reliable, hardworking, and I’m happy to get stuck into all aspects of yard work. I also genuinely care about the horses and take pride in doing things properly
