I want to do an apprenticeship as a groom rider as thats most suited to what i want to do 🙂

Experience with Horses

I have ridden a few times in my life and will continues to take lessons, i dont have experience working in a yard/stable apart from day trips out to farms but i adore horses and my grandmother owned a horse and i would come over and help sometimes but i was never trained, im okay with any apprentice jobs working with horses
What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I work best when i’m alone but i can work with others when needed, i am able to do braids/plaits 🙂 it’s not much but i havent had any opportunities to do much else

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I feel really comfortable around horses, they are my favourite animal and i’d love to be able to ride professionally one day

I would like to improve my riding and skills and groom work
