5* Eventing  Competition Groom Wanted or home groom/rider

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking groom to join our friendly professional team at a stunning top-class event yard based in Stow-on-the-Wold, Cotswolds.

Role includes looking after up to 12 horses (shared responsibility).

We are open to either:
• A competition groom wanting to travel to major UK and international shows
OR
• A home groom/rider for the right candidate

Daily duties will include all normal yard work alongside:
• Plaiting
• Clipping
• Turnout/show grooming
• General horse care and management

Skills & qualities needed:
• Works well within a team
• Reliable and hardworking
• Loves horses and takes pride in their work
• Good horse management skills
• Confident lunging horses

For competition groom roles, previous competition experience is preferred but not essential for a quick learner with the right attitude.

HGV licence would be a huge bonus.

Job details:
• Alternating 5 day / 5.5 day weeks
• 1 in 2 weekends off
• Fully employed role
