In my next job, I would like to gain more hands-on experience within the equine industry, especially working with and developing young horses. I would like to continue improving my riding and horse care skills while learning from experienced professionals in a hardworking and supportive environment. I am eager to build my confidence, take on new responsibilities, and develop my knowledge further.

Experience with Horses

I have been involved with horses from a young age and have gained experience through volunteering at a riding school for four years, as well as temporary work at another riding school and for an international dressage rider. Through these roles, I have developed experience in general yard duties, horse care, handling a variety of horses, and working as part of a team in a busy environment.

I have also owned and loaned horses myself, which has given me a strong understanding of daily care, responsibility, and horse management. In addition, I have experience handling and riding young horses and have backed youngsters before. I am confident around horses, hardworking, reliable, and always willing to learn and continue developing my skills and experience within the equine industry.

I am particularly good at working with others and learning quickly. I have several years of experience around horses through volunteering at a riding school from a young age, temporary work at another riding school, and working for an international dressage rider. I am confident handling and riding young horses and have experience backing youngsters. I have also owned and loaned horses, so I understand the daily care and responsibility involved. I am hardworking, reliable, and eager to continue gaining more experience and developing my skills further in the equine industry.

I would like to gain new skills, build my experience, and work in a positive team environment. I am looking for a role where I can work hard, learn new responsibilities, and have opportunities to develop and progress over time.

• Is there anything you’d like to improve?

I would like to improve my skills, confidence, and experience in the workplace. I am also interested in learning new systems and developing better communication and teamwork skills so I can continue to grow professionally.

I am reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. I have a positive attitude, work well with others, and always try to complete tasks to the best of my ability. I am motivated to gain experience, develop my skills, and be a dependable member of the team.
