I am 20 years old (21 in September), and I am a highly motivated Italian university student looking for a hard-working environment to improve my skills.
I’ve got solid foundation in mucking out, feeding, grooming, and basic horse care. Two summer seasons of previous experience working in a riding school (including riding, lunging and administering medications). I’m currently working as a working student/groom in the Netherlands for an Olympic stable with 45 horses, I’ve been offered a longer stay herebut before deciding anything I’m looking at new opportunities/position. Confident riding technique, with show jumping competition experience up to 80 cm classes (limited mainly due to Italian costs and regulations). Eager to progress. Last year, I successfully managed my university exams while riding consistently and working as a night waitress 5 to 6 times a week. I handle physical fatigue and high pressure easily. I am a natural mediator, completely drama-free, and focused on maintaining a positive atmosphere in the stable. Available from mid-September/early october. I can stay for several months and I am open to a long-term commitment. I need on-site accommodation. I am traveling alone (no pets, dogs, or horses). Valid European B license (standard cars only; cannot tow trailers or drive heavy trucks). Fluent in Italian, English, and Croatian; basic French.
