I’m very good at working alone and in a team.
I have experience in handling stallions and young horses. I also backed my own young horse and have ridden several in my jobs.
I have experience in retails jobs so i can pick up skills very quickly and am a fast learner.
Strengths and Weaknesses
• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I love getting to know their personalities and riding/groundwork wise I love am educational ride/session where me, the horse or both learn something.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
id love to gain experience in plaiting and prep for a show. In my showjumping work we never had to plait so it’s something I’d love to learn.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I have worked my way up the ladder in my current job which I believe show initiative, confidence and leadership. I’m a team player and always do my best. I think my experience is also something to consider as I have done this job for so long, it’s like second nature.
