I am looking to gain more experience as a dressage rider.

I have one 7 yo Mare (easy going), preferable to have a stable and field available to use in summer.

One month notice required at my current employment.

None booked however I would like to use my holidays to attend competitions, happy to work through and plan with employer.
Experience with Horses

I have over 20 years of riding experience across Dressage, Showjumping and Eventing at national and international level and have been competing FEI dressage for the past 4 years. I have trained my own horses from freshly backed to FEI dressage and currently have a 7yo competing at CDI 7yo and PSG training towards GP. For the past 20 years I have cared for up to 15 horses independently and more recently in the past 1.5 years I have worked as an assistant rider and groom at a top sport and breeding barn in the Netherlands. This includes exercising horses independently and with instruction, rehabilitation riding, grooming breeding stallions for competition and presenting them to clients, turning horses out into fields, medication/first aid and aqua training.

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I am well rounded in most areas due to caring, riding and maintaining property for my own horses and can work independently or in a team well. I am also a chemical engineer and economist by trade so am skilled with admin, computers, basic accounting/bookwork and relatively handy around a property as I grew up on a property in Australia.

I enjoy seeing the horses enjoy their progress and learning new things. There is always something to learn or a way to improve yourself to give the horses the best experience.

I would like to focus on improving my riding.

I am a hard worker, critical thinker and proactive in my work. I take pride in becoming the best I can be and this is shown in my work.
