At my current job I run a livery yard with about 30 livery horses as well as breeding youngstock and looking after brood mares and foals .
I am head groom of this lovely yard I get to work with horses ranging from 3 day old foals to 17 year old senior horses every horse is unique .
I muck out around 13 stables in the summer and around 30 in the winter as there are more that would like to come in during the winter months ,we have regular customers as it’s just not a livery it’s also a hay and straw business too I help customers load and unload bales of hay and straw , while putting orders in for feed stock .
I have worked along side vets closely for the past fours years nearly and have been involved with cast changing on a three day old home bred foal colt to assisting in on yard x-rays and administering medication into one of the liveries horses while being assisted with the vet on site.

I’d like to improve my show jumping I do have experience but would like to learn more

I think the employers should consider me as I also have background in a riding school helping children learn how to ride from beginners to advanced classes, as well as being a head groom running a yard I have good time management and like to keep things running on time
