I have been a freelance groom for the past 4 years with young and elderly horses. I spent 2 years as a groom at a showjumping competition yard and 2 years at Merrist Wood College studying equine level 3 management which I finished with a distinction. This involved looking after and riding different types of horses. I also had to do work experience which I spent my time at Silver Leys Polo Club. I also completed my BHS stage 2 exams in lunge, ride and care.

What are you particularly good at? For example: working alone, working with others, clipping, plaiting, turning out for shows, handling stallions, handling/riding young horses, non-equine skills etc
I am good at working independently and using my initiative as well as working as a team. I also enjoy bonding with individual horses and learning their personalities and quirks.
