My experience from Sept 2017 to Present Day is detailed below:
Estates management work includes house/pet sitting, agricultural, equestrian, estate management work involves ultimate delivery of estate operations and household support. Management of housekeepers, junior admin, gardener/estate property maintenance team, groom and au pair.
Other duties include: Running night checks (pet welfare), security, property boundary checks, CCTV monitoring, welcoming guests, preparing rooms and organising family occasions and functions. Travel itineraries and other houses in the UK or abroad, vehicles (fleets from 2 to 10 including cars, lorries and boats), historic houses with art, furnishings and wine cellar collections.
EA support and Administration including managing portfolios (property lets, marketing of properties). Accounts (bookkeeping using software and VAT/filing). Preparing and creating Board and investment decks/reports and data analysis to support the presentations. Website updates and general marketing of home-based clients businesses. Staff training and HR support including talent acquisition.
30 years knowledge of medical care for pets and training dogs and horses. DBS checked with references.
