Experience with horses
I have handled a range of horses and ponies from a very young age and have always ridden. I have always produced my own horses as well. I have previous experience on a professional showjumping yard, grooming at national and international competitions as well as abroad.
Key Skills
Im happy to work on my own and with others. I’m confident at plaiting, turning out for competitions, handling and riding young and green horses and good at keeping the yard clean, tidy and organised.

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I enjoy being busy all the time as well as working and dealing with animals. I’ve always loved working with horses at home and and helping/supporting people at their yards.
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I think employers should consider me for working with their horses because I’m extremely hard working, confident with all breeds, sizes, temperaments, ages, genders etc. I’m happy to be on the yard all day on my own but equally happy to share jobs with others. I’m hard working and happy to do any types of jobs.
Requirements
• What would you like to do or gain in your next job?
I’d like gain the experience of clipping, grooming for top riders not only at home but also away at competitions and have the opportunity to learn how top yards run day to day.
