Experience with Horses
I have had a sabbatical from horses for the last 5 years, as have been working as an estate agent. I have not got a “horsey” CV on file but can give you a brief outline below.
I trained at Talland and did my BHSAI and stage 4. During the time there I evented for Pammy Hutton on her horses from novice to advanced. I then worked in Scotland in a SJ yard where I produced horses of all disciplines and evented up to 2* 3 day eventing. Having spent 3 years there, I ended up at Ferdi Eilbergs to improve the dressage side of things, meaning to stay 3 months…was still there 5 years later as his Assistant Trainer.
I then went to work for the Olympic medallists, Herbert and Karin Rehbein (of Donnerhall fame)in Hamburg. I stayed 6 years before returning to Ferdis to produce some young horses for him.
I have spent the last years running my own yards, producing riders and horses at all levels, and although full time employed, still train pupils at the weekend.
