I have previous exeperience working as an event groom/rider.
I have carried out day to day yard jobs such as mucking out, skipping, haying, turning out, bringing in, tacking up, cleaning tack, skipping out arenas, changing rugs, putting horses on and off walker, poo picking fields, late checks. I can also clip, bandage, plaitt, turn out to a high standard.
I have great attention to detail, as in the yard looking immaculate, to noticing changes in horse behaviour, or physical changes. I have great knowledge in horse medical care.
I have groomed at one day events up to intermediates, and have groomed at international stay away, up to 2*. I take pride in turn out of the horses
I am very confident in riding fit competion horses. Ive hacked, taken the horses on the gallops, school xc course at home, showjumping, chase fences, and school to a very good standard. I have also helped produce 4year olds we have recently had come into the yard.

I am outgoing individual who can work to my own initiative also work very well in a team. A great sense of humour and a people’s person. Being fearless and loads of confidence will prove valuable. would like to say I am a natural with horses and pick things up very quick. I can provide many skills, such as:

• What do you most enjoy about working with horses?
I enjoy the hard work and responsibilities that come with horses. I am a very patient person and enjoy producing horses in their work.
• Is there anything you’d like to improve?
Although I have exceptional experience, there is always room to improve. The beauty of horses is that we never stop learning
• Why should employers consider you above any other job seeker?
I am a very hard working individual, my attention to detail is next to non, I am very observant and patient with horses and bring the best out in them. I am confident in riding fit competition horses, and also have had the luxury of having lessons with top dressage instructors and showjumping instructors.

I would like gain as much experience as possible, whether is something little or something completely different. I love learning and challenging myself.
