I have owned and worked with horses since age 9
many types and in many spheres. I also attended Lackham Equestrian College for two years.
My first pony was a firecracker and taught me a lot we competed loads and I was lucky to have such a great bond.
my most recent horses were both flat/hurdle/national hunt horses with Paul Nicholls but due to injuries they had to stop and so I was given them. I was a work rider for Paul and for a point to point rider based near Bath where I lived .
my strengths I have always been told is the quiet calm way I am around the horses ( and other animals)
I also have no problem with mucking in and helping where needed and like to get things done properly and efficiently.
weakness would be jumping . I had a nasty fall jumping at college and it did chan he my confidence.
I’ve owned dogs cats rabbits Guinea pigs chickens ducks reptiles fish and helped with cows and sheep
mum happy to look after any type of animal. Devastatingly I don’t have any pets now and lost my best friend in January. I’ve said that I don’t want anymore of my own.
I would love to work with a team that had the horses care at the top of their list and that all work fairly and get on with people and have a sense of humour
my daughter is 22 and pretty self sufficient ! She lives in Bristol for Uni and so now it’s just me and I need to start a new chapter and do something I love and make more memories.
