Experience with Horses
I have 15 years of experience with horses. I have been riding since I was around 4 years old. I started riding at a riding school and got my own pony when I was 10. I used to compete in showing, ridden and in hand with new forest and welsh ponies. since leaving school I went to college and studied equine management. I now have a level 3 extended diploma in equine management and ridden work where I got a MMD in my exams. I am now studying equine science at university, in my first year and am excited to learn more about the veterinary side of equine. alongside uni I have my own freelance business where I ride and carry out general yard chores for multiple clients throughout the week- references to prove.
Key Skills
some of my skills include, clipping, plaiting, riding and handling young stock and competition horses. I am also good at taking sole charge of a yard and managing my time. as well as working as a team as I am a team player, very friendly and approachable. some of my non-equine skills include house and pet sitting.

I am currently at uni, I am looking for a j0b which I can work while I’m at uni, which is 3 days a week. however, I am looking for a full time position while I am on summer for uni. I am available end of may to September.
